How to Delete a Profile or Your Account on TERAWORK

Overview

TERAWORK now allows freelancers to delete individual profiles or their entire account directly from their dashboard. This feature gives users greater control over their account and portfolio management.

Follow the steps below to delete a profile or account from your TERAWORK freelance dashboard.

How to Delete a Profile

  1. Log in to your TERAWORK freelance account.
  2. From your dashboard, navigate to the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  3. Click on Personal Info.
  4. Scroll down the page until you locate the Delete Account/Profiles section.




  5. Select the profile you wish to delete.


  6. Review the information carefully and confirm the deletion process.




Note: Once a profile is deleted, the action may be irreversible. Ensure you have selected the correct profile before proceeding.




How to Delete Your TERAWORK Account

  1. Log in to your TERAWORK freelance account.
  2. Click Personal Info from the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the Delete Account/Profiles section.

  4. Select the option to delete your account.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm your decision.


Important Information

  • Deleting a profile will remove that specific profile from your account.
  • Deleting your account will remove your access to TERAWORK and may affect your portfolios, applications, and ongoing activities on the platform.
  • Please ensure you have completed or resolved any outstanding transactions or engagements before deleting your account.
  • Also note that your account will be permanently deleted after 30days. You will lose all your profiles and their data, posted jobs, work history and access to any active contracts. This action cannot be undone.
