How to Edit a Quote

You can only edit a quote when its status is still active (Quote Status). 

N.B. You can only edit the duration and the price. To change the description, you must retract the quote. 

To edit a quote, follow these steps:

Step 1: On the sent quote, click “Edit.”

Step 2: If you have multiple quote lines, click on the one you wish to edit.

Step 3: Make your edits, then click “Send Quote.”
