Step 1: Sign in to your TERAWORK account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Freelance Dashboard.
Step 3: Click on “Chat.”


Step 4: Select the option “As Freelancer.”

Step 5: Open the conversation with the client who has contacted you to start chatting.

N.B. This section tracks any breach of TERAWORK’s communication policies.

Violations may include sharing contact details, using abusive language, or conducting transactions outside the platform.
