How to Chat with a Customer


Step 1: To chat with a customer, you must have been invited to a job or have applied for one.


Step 2: After a successful application (i.e., once the customer has accepted your application) or after accepting an invitation, go to the Chat section. Click on the customer’s name, and you’ll see a prompt indicating that you’ve been added to a conversation.
