Example: For a website development project, you can break it down into:

1. Purchasing a domain name and hosting.

2. Website design.

3. SEO optimization.

With this approach, you will have three separate projects you can cash out at different times without waiting for the entire project to be completed.

How to Break Quotes into Milestones

To break quotes into milestones, follow these steps:

Step 1: On the Quotation form, click “Add Deliverables.”

Step 2: Fill in the details for each milestone.

Step 3: After including all the milestones, click “Send Quote.”
